Shipping & Returns

Returns:
Our return policy is 30 days after receipt. Unfortunately, refunds and/or exchanges will not be offered after this period. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be used and in the same condition as when you received it, and must be in its original packaging. Some items are not returnable, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns on items related to hygiene, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

You will need proof of receipt or purchase to complete your return. Do not return your item to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that we have received your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied. Items deemed used or damaged may be subject to a pre-shipping fee, depending on the circumstances.

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within a certain number of days, and the refund will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email FishMe.top@outlook.com and provide your return address.

Items:
Our products ship within 48 hours. Small quantities are shipped by air (7-day delivery), and large quantities are shipped by sea (15-day delivery). Return shipping is at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be refunded. Depending on where you live, the cost of shipping your exchange may vary. If you are shipping items valued at over $50, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
